About Brilliant Home Services
Our Story
Brilliant Home Services has been a trusted name in home solutions for generations. Our journey began in the late 1930s when John Heskin, a skilled electrician from Ireland, honed his craft before bringing his expertise to the United States. By 1956, he had established his own electrical contracting company in Chicago, setting the foundation for the high standards we uphold today.
John's son, Tom Heskin, carried this legacy forward with the same passion for craftsmanship and reliability. After graduating from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Tom expanded the business into a full-service home solutions provider, offering expert electrical, HVAC, generator, and renovation services across Chicagoland. His commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction remains the driving force behind everything we do.
